Brittany works with individuals who want more than a meal plan or a quick fix. Her practice blends evidence-based nutrition with life coaching, meeting clients where they are and adapting support as their needs evolve.

Some clients come in needing structured nutrition guidance. Others are navigating stress, motivation, habits, or major life transitions. Brittany’s approach is intentionally flexible, allowing sessions to shift between nutrition and coaching based on what will be most helpful in the moment.

Her work is rooted in building strong rapport, meaningful relationships, and practical strategies that fit real life. The goal is not perfection, but progress that lasts.

About Brittany

When nutrition needs are primary, sessions may focus on fueling strategies, education, and behavior change around food.

When life stressors, motivation, or mindset are more present, sessions may lean into coaching, reflection, and problem-solving.

Over time, most clients naturally move back and forth along this spectrum.

Initial Session

  • 60 minutes

  • $150

Designed to understand your background, goals, and challenges, and to create a personalized path forward.

Follow-Up Sessions

  • 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes

  • $100 per hour (prorated by session length)

Follow-ups are tailored to your needs and can focus on nutrition, coaching, or a blend of both.

Brittany believes access to support matters. A limited number of reduced-rate sessions are available for clients experiencing financial constraints. If cost is a barrier, you’re encouraged to reach out to discuss available options.

The Quickie Call

A brief, no-pressure call to see if we’re a good fit.

This short session is an opportunity for you and Brittany to connect, talk through your goals, and make sure the approach aligns with what you’re looking for. We’ll discuss what support might look like, answer initial questions, and determine whether moving forward with an initial session makes sense.

This call is meant for clarity and alignment — not deep coaching or nutrition planning.

The Initial Shebang

$150.00

This is the best place to start for new clients.

This longer session allows time to get the full picture — your nutrition history, current concerns, goals, and what’s been getting in the way. We’ll talk through eating patterns, lifestyle factors, mindset, and any relevant background so support can be tailored to you.

By the end of the session, you can expect:

• A clearer understanding of your needs and priorities

• Initial guidance or strategies to focus on

• A plan for follow-up sessions that fits your goals and schedule

This session creates the foundation for future work, whether that leans more toward nutrition, coaching, or a blend of both.

The Momentum Meet

$100.00 per hour (prorated by session length)

These sessions are designed to support progress, build consistency, and keep momentum flowing. Each session can focus on nutrition, life coaching, or a blend of both — depending on what’s most helpful at the time.
